Terms & Conditions

All designs are developer-driven; no refunds after website completion per our policy.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Prvte Ride LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website development services. By commissioning a project with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Website Design Ownership

All websites developed by Prvte Ride LLC are designed and executed solely based on our proprietary design choices, creativity, and direction. While client input may be considered, the final product reflects the creative decisions and discretion of our developers and designers. We do not commit to building websites based on the direction, request, or detailed specifications of the client.

By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges and accepts that the final website will be constructed according to our internal design standards and processes.

3. Refund Policy

Once a website is marked as "complete" by Prvate Ride LLC, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances. "Complete" is defined as the point at which the website has been uploaded to a live server, delivered via files, or when we have communicated in writing that the project has been finalized.

We encourage Clients to ask any questions and review our portfolio prior to engaging our services. Any requests after the product is completed can be considered according to the website developers discretion but not mandatory

4. Revisions and Edits

While we may allow minor revisions at our discretion, we are under no obligation to make changes once the website has been completed and delivered. Any post-completion changes are subject to additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All source code, design elements, and media assets remain the property of the clients unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the website as delivered.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prvate Ride LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or any errors or omissions in the content.
